1. Educational Use Only

Content is provided for educational purposes only. It is not medical or clinical advice, diagnosis, or patient-care direction. Always follow facility policy and licensed professional judgment.

4. Intellectual Property

All videos, slides, PDFs, handouts, trademarks, and site content are owned by Nurse in Progress. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use. No copying, resale, or public distribution without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nurse in Progress will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining Terms remain in effect. These Terms, plus any supplemental policies linked herein, are the entire agreement between you and Nurse in Progress.

2. Accounts and Access

Create only one account per person and keep your credentials confidential. Do not share paid materials or log-ins.

5. Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to harass, defame, or disrupt classes, forums, or other users. We may suspend or terminate access for any conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to try informal resolution first. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Hartford County, CT.  Each party bears its own fees.

3. Pricing, Payment, and Refunds

• Amounts are shown in U S dollars.

• Payment is due at checkout through Venmo or Cash App.

• Live tutoring or coaching may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice; otherwise the fee is forfeited.

• We reserve the right to change prices with notice posted on the site.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that you will pass licensure exams, obtain employment, or achieve specific learning outcomes.  Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Modifications to Services or Terms

We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on the site and become effective 30 days after posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
